Chaque année depuis 5 ans, les 9 écoles supérieures de management du réseau de l’IFAG donnent pour mission à leurs étudiants de premières année de concevoir et de commencer à mettre en application dans de vraies entreprises un projet de développement durable. Les lauréats de chacune des 9 écoles seront en compétition pour la finale nationale qui se déroule le 12 mars prochain au Centre IFAG d’Angers.
Le vendredi 12 mars, l’Institut de formation aux affaires et à la gestion d’Angers accueillera la 5ème édition du Concours National des Écotrophées. Pour les étudiants engagés dans la compétition, il s’agit de proposer un projet de développement durable à une entreprise de leur région et de s’engager concrètement dans sa gestion.
Le rendez-vous a valeur de finale puisqu’il sera l’occasion de distinguer parmi les 9 équipes lauréates en région, chacune issue de l’une des écoles supérieure de Management du réseau de l’IFAG, laquelle est la grande gagnante de l’édition 2010 (un prix de 1000€ est en jeu).
Depuis septembre les étudiants de première année ont travaillé à la formulation d’actions concrètes et adaptées aux entreprises dans lesquelles ils se sont immergés et dont les équipes dirigeantes, motivées par la démarche, les ont soutenus.
Leurs initiatives jouent sur trois leviers d’actions :
– Economique : des mesures destinées à réduire les coûts de consommation énergétique ou à valoriser les déchets par exemple
– Environnemental : en essayant de limiter la pollution liée aux transports, en envisageant le recourt à des solutions durables pour la rénovation ou la construction de bâtiments.
– Sociétal enfin : en sensibilisant en interne les collaborateurs à la démarche, en communiquant également à l’extérieure pour associer clients et fournisseurs aux initiatives envisagées.
2. Les 9 lauréats régionaux
– Rennes : « L’expertise au service de l’environnement »
Amener l’entreprise « Compagnie de chauffage et de climatisation » à entreprendre une démarche de développement durable, en cohérence avec l’objet de son métier. Sécurisation des locaux, isolation …
– Auxerre : « En route “vert” l’électrique »
Donner des solutions à la Lyonnaise des eaux pour remplacer son parc automobile dans le respect de sa démarche environnementale.
– Montluçon : « Gam Vert, le bonheur est dans le jardin »
Compte-tenu des actions de développement durable déjà réalisées, comment rester dans la continuité des concepts de Gam Vert ? Récupération des eaux, installations de panneaux photovoltaïques …
– Toulouse : « Deltagers »
La Résidence Marguerite est un hébergement médicalisé pour personnes âgées. Objectif : améliorer la vie des résidents (réduction des factures d’eau et d’électricité), réduire les charges financières de l’entreprise…
– Caen : « Écol’eau »
